Can you print my own business logo?
Yes—send your logo or artwork concept with the request. Only submit artwork you own or have permission to use. Final files and placement are reviewed before production.
Can I get a small front logo and a large rear logo?
Yes. Choose “Small front + large back” in the builder. Use FRONT and BACK to preview the two layouts. Actual dimensions are confirmed in your proof.
What does custom printing cost?
Pricing depends on garment, quantity, sizes, artwork and decoration locations. Send your request for a custom quote. The builder does not show an unconfirmed production price.
How soon can I get my order?
Add your required date to the request. We confirm availability and delivery timing before payment. Custom printing timelines can differ from the ready-to-order merchandise launch.
Can I provide my own garments?
Include that in your message. We review the material and print suitability before accepting customer-supplied garments.
What happens to the logo I preview?
The preview file stays in your browser and is not uploaded or submitted. Include a shareable artwork link, or we will arrange final artwork transfer after your inquiry.
